1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using happncity ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use happncity. By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide during sign-up (including your mobile number and profile details) is accurate and belongs to you.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Organisations & Events
Users may create or join Organisations to publish and manage Events. Organisation admins and owners are responsible for the accuracy of the event details, ticketing information, and communications they publish through the platform.
5. Payments & Refunds
Where an event charges a fee, payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. Refund and cancellation policies are set by the organising Organisation and displayed on the relevant event page unless otherwise required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform — this includes posting false or misleading event information, harassing other users, attempting to circumvent security measures, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile details, event listings, images). By posting content, you grant happncity a non-exclusive license to display it as part of operating the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using happncity and request account deletion at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
happncity is provided "as is". We are not liable for disputes between attendees and event organisers, or for losses arising from events listed on the platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of happncity after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
